3. Understand your position in the market
Context matters. We explore the landscape you’re operating in—your competitors, their messaging, and their approach. This helps us pinpoint how you’re different (and better) and to claim a position that’s grounded in market realities—and not the fluffy pink clouds.
4. Synthesize & connect the dots
This is where magic and strategy meet. We sit with the research, analyze patterns, and uncover the opportunities that will set your brand apart. Doing this right takes ~3 weeks. Don’t worry, we’ll use this period wisely: to generate clarity and plenty of “aha” moments.
5. Build out the framework
And then, it all crystallizes. We translate those insights into language that feels like the truest version of your brand. Consider it your verbal North Star—the guide you’ll regularly consult when making key content decisions. This part generally takes 2-3 weeks.
6. Present & deliver the strategy document
Finally, you get an organized, ready-to-use doc that captures who you are, what you stand for, and why others should care. This becomes the foundation for your website, pitches, conversations, social media platforms, and wherever else your brand lives.
